This collection, dated 1876-2001, includes materials from Notre Dame of Maryland University alumni that document academic and student life as well as work and personal life after attending the university.

Arras was Notre Dame of Maryland University's yearbook, and was also known by many other titles throughout university history. This collection consists of yearbook issues from 1923-2004. Business and financial records dated 1989 - 2004.

BACCHUS (Boosting Alcohol Consciousness Concerning the Health of University Students) was a student-run organization which promoted health and safety on college campuses. This collection, dated 1990s, consists of meeting minutes, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, photographs, and informational sheets.

The Black Student Union (BSU) was previously known as the Weusi Society and Black Student Association (BSA). This collection, dated 1988-2011, consists of the organization’s constitution and by-laws, meeting minutes, correspondence, event planning records, invitations, flyers, programs,and the BSA’s newsletter Hope and Dreams.

The purpose of the "Class of 19xx" student organization was to plan for and conduct the non-academic affairs of its respective class. Each class had its own organization under the organization's bylaws. This collection, dated 1912-1997, consists of correspondence, meeting minutes, event programs, news clippings, class representative lists, and class songs.

Columns is the student-run newspaper at Notre Dame of Maryland University, and began publication in 1935. This collection consists of issues dated 1933-2008; 2014-2015; 2017-2018. Business and financial records, and photographs dated 1933-circa 2003.

The Concert Choir began in 1962-63 as the successor to the Glee Club. This collection, dated 1960s-2011, mainly consists of programs.

Delta Epsilon Sigma (DES), established in 1939, is the national scholastic honor society for colleges and universities with a Catholic tradition. Notre Dame established its Alpha Delta chapter in 1940. This collection, dated 1940 - 2009, consists of by-laws, a certificate, news clippings, correspondence, bulletins, meeting minutes, nomination and election materials, induction programs, writing contest materials, and publications.

The Dr. J.J. Griffin Chemistry Club was founded in 1944 by students of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland to give its members a greater appreciation and understanding of the nature and significance of chemistry. The Notre Dame of Maryland University Dr. J.J. Griffin Chemistry Club records, circa 1890-1984, consist of a single ledger with the club's founding documents, meeting minutes, and membership lists; and photographs.

Eta Sigma Phi (ESP) is an honor society for college and university students of classical languages, literature, culture, and history. Notre Dame established the Beta Kappa chapter of ESP on May 7, 1949. This collection, dated circa 1940s-2009, consists of the organization's bylaws, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, programs, flyers, news clippings, and scrapbooks.
